“Why don’t all my records print?”

When you print, you have two options available to you: printing just the one record you are on, or printing all the records you are viewing.  You must make certain that you have the correct option selected when you print.

To make your print selection, choose print.  Generally the next screen you see will be a Print Setup or Page Setup screen, and after that comes the actual Print screen.  From the print screen, you will see some selection boxes near the bottom of the screen, “Print:  Records being browsed, or Current Record, or Blank Record”.

If you want to print all of the records you are currently viewing, then select “Print: Records being browsed.”
